Yihui Yan graduated from the Nanjing University of Science and Technology, China, in 2021. He enjoys the more technical aspects of getting things to work and is setting up the instrument to study cluster nucleation.
Undergraduate Students
Anastasiya Khramchenkova is a master’s student focusing on physical and analytical chemistry. Within the scope of her research internship, she is designing an octupole ion guide to enhance ion transmission of our instrument.
Lucas Schmitt joined the group in the Fall of 2022 to study ionization and ion transmission efficiency of the ESI-MS interface as part of his bachelor’s thesis.
Group Leader
Jozef Lengyel studied chemistry at TU Bratislava, followed by Ph.D. in physical chemistry jointly at the Czech Academy of Sciences and UCT in Prague. He pursued his postdoctoral research at the University of Innsbruck and then at TU München, where he established the Aerosols, Clusters, and Environment group.
