Yihui Yan graduated from the Nanjing University of Science and Technology, China, in 2021. He enjoys the more technical aspects of getting things to work and is setting up the instrument to study cluster nucleation.
Anastasiya Khramchenkova is a master’s student focusing on physical and analytical chemistry. Within the scope of her master thesis, she is designing multipole ion guides to enhance ion transmission of our instrument.
is majoring in inorganic and physical chemistry. In his master’s thesis, he is combining electrospray ionization with laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy for elemental analysis – a joint project with A. Kartouzian (TUM).
Kevin Li joined our group in the Summer of 2023 as a master student to perform the first nucleation experiments on our ion beam setup.
Jozef Lengyel studied chemistry at TU Bratislava, followed by Ph.D. in physical chemistry jointly at the Czech Academy of Sciences and UCT in Prague. He pursued his postdoctoral research at the University of Innsbruck and then at TU München, where he established the Aerosols, Clusters, and Environment group.
